Latest Java Updates are supported in Desktop Central

Following Third Party updates are supported in patch management:

Following updates are supported in software templates:

  • Java 7 Update 17 (64-bit)
  • Java 7 Update 17
  • Java(TM) 6 Update 43 (64-bit)
  • Java(TM) 6 Update 43
  • Java SE Development Kit 7 Update 17 (64-bit)
  • Java SE Development Kit 7 Update 17

Note:

  • To see the best results, deploy the Java updates during the system start up while no user is logged on.
  • It is recommended to schedule the Java updates while no Java application is running.

    OK, I must be missing something here, because all I see in DesktopCentral are Java 7 Update 17 x64. No 32 bit JRE. There is a 32 bit JDK, but I’m after the JRE.

    Running DC 80214.
