Till now, Desktop Central MDM enabled you to enroll single device per user and you were able to manage the device effectively. Well, the fairytale is nice till here, but what if the user has “more than one device” i.e. let’s say user has enrolled iPhone and what if he also has an ipad? These could be the possible questions that can be itching in your mind.
How to enroll multiple devices for the same user?
Is there any available solution that can tackle this issue?
Desktop Central answers the above issues effectively by “Multiple Devices Enrollment” facility. Now, you can enroll any number of devices for the same user. Check out the below steps to perform multiple enrollment:
- Click MDM Tab
- Under Settings choose Enrollment
- Under Enrollment tab choose the User Name to whom you wanted to enroll the additional device
- Under Actions click resend enrollment icon and click ‘yes’ to confirm
The additional enrollment mail would be sent to the specified user. This makes your work easier and assertive.

I don’t have the option to resend when there has already been a successful enrollment. Do you have to send an enrollment then resend before they have enrolled the first device?
Hi,
You can find an icon (Enroll additional device) under action tab. Click that icon to send a new request for the user. Resend icon works only when the device enrollment is unsuccessful.
Note:
Only from build no 80111 you can find the enrollment additional device icon. If you don’t have the latest build you can download the Hot-fix from the newsletter that we have sent you.
I am unable to attach a screenshot here. I will send a mail to you.
