After purchasing a product – be it a domestic commodity or a software, quite often, we might end up feeling that the product is just not the right fit for us. Even if the product satisfies the requirements, maintaining it might become a nightmare. In other instances, the product may not just be as reliable as we thought it to be.
So, what is the real test of excellence for a product?
Customers who have bought it and used it for a considerable period of time must feel satisfied. They must feel that it meets their requirements and solves their problems. They must feel that they have bought the right product. And above all, they must repose faith in the product and be willing and ready to recommend it to their peers.
We are delighted to announce that Password Manager Pro ranks top in all the above aspects. A recent customer survey conducted by us has revealed that PMP has measured up to the expectations of the customers.
Following are the highlights of the survey:
- 98% of the respondents have stated that the product has proved useful to them and solves their problems
- 92.3% of the respondents have stated that they would recommend PMP to others
- 51 % of the customers have evaluated other password management solutions before making a decision on purchasing PMP – ease of installation & use, affordable price and rich features have been stated as reasons for choosing PMP
- 91 % of the respondents are satisfied with support responsiveness & effectiveness (70% have said “very good” and 21 % have said ‘fair’)
Does this mean everything rosy with PMP?
No, we don’t take it this way. Though our customers had been very kind to PMP and reposed trust, they have not failed to point out their concerns, comments, pain points and constructive criticisms. We have received a good number of feature requests too. We are giving sincere attention to all the feedback with a view to make the product better and win back the trust of a handful of dissatisfied customers.
