Remote Control is one of the important and useful feature of Desktop Central that helps administrators to quickly connect to a remote computer to troubleshoot. Unlike Windows Remote Desktop Connection, which is session based, Desktop Central lets you to maintain multiple connections to the same computer yet protecting the user privacy.
To fix the problems quickly, administrators often copy a working configuration from a different computer and use it in the problematic computers. This makes the Fire Transfer facility an inevitable requirement for the Remote Control. Desktop Central, in its most recent update has included the File Transfer facility to its Remote Control feature. This allows administrators to quickly transfer files between two computers in reliable and secure manner.
