Patch Management Now Supports Windows Vista Enterprise Edition The latest update to Desktop Central includes managing patches for Windows Vista Enterprise Edition. Desktop Central will now scan to determine the missing patches on computers running Windows Vista Enterprise Edition, which can now be installed as any other Windows Operating System. Custom Group Enhanced A Custom Group created in Desktop Central can now be used in multiple ways. Apart from using the custom group to deploy software and configurations to the computers and users in that group, it can now be used to view the hardware reports pertaining to the computers in the custom group and to remotely shut them down using the Remote Shutdown Tool.
