The wait is finally over; VQManager has hit the stands already!
Here is a brief (really brief) summary of the new 5.1 release!
- – Customized reports generation for enhanced reporting
– Additional alarm profiles for QoS metrics
– SNMP trap generation and forwarding for integration into higher-level Network Management Systems
– QoS metrics are calculated based on the RTP streams also
– Data export in .PDF, .CSV format and through email attachment
– SIP registrations and un-registrations request of the endpoints are monitored and reported
– Supports CDR logs from Cisco Call Manager 4.0 & 5.0 and Shoretel 6.1
– Resource Grouping of calls based on SIP URL and IP addresses
And don?t forget the great new colorful themes, the configurable features.
