What a great year 2019 turned out to be for ManageEngine IT operations management (ITOM) solutions! This past year, we introduced new features to help improve the performance of network devices, VMs, applications, etc. for organizations of any size.
On the note of organization size, we introduced three new editions this year, each designed to cater to the IT operations management requirements of organizations of different sizes. We’ve released editions for large enterprises with a wide geographical distribution, for small organizations with a lower budget, and for medium-sized organizations that fall right in the middle. This opened the door to meeting the demands of far more customers worldwide.
As a result of our consistent growth and our unchanging dedication to providing the best ITOM solution, we received recognition from IT analyst giants like Gartner, EMA, Network World, etc. But, more importantly, we received great ratings and reviews from our customers on Gartner Peer Insights and Capterra, which definitely was the icing on the cake for us this year.
We strive hard each day to meet the requirements of our customers and to keep them satisfied, which is why we continue to enhance our solutions to suit modern-day needs. We don’t stop there; we go the extra mile to meet our customers, and ensure all is well with them and their organization.
