Am getting a little excited over the next flavor of OpManager- the remote network monitoring edition catering to MSPs. Been interacting with few of the early evaluators of this product and am amazed by their contributions. They simply attach themselves to it and have started giving valuable insights that surpass our best marketing research efforts. Thank you folks, you have been really impressive.
The thing that surprised me most was how they found us. We don’t even have a single page on web about this new product, no blogs, no big announcements except a few posts in our forums, no advertisements, not even a single bulk mailer from me but still the response is good. You know how? Its all because of the personal references that you guys are making out there.
This morning i spoke to one such person who is evaluating MSP edition. He’s an IT consultant who’s starting his own MSP business shortly. He mentioned that he came to know about OpManager through one of his customers. Whoever it is, accept a heartfelt thanks from all of us here and keep up the good work!
