Zero lockin license

We have adopted annual subscription licensing for few of our new ManageEngine offerings. At the core this licensing model syncs up with the SMBs thought process of not-getting-locked-in and having their options open year after year as better chances come by. This zero lockin license model, when looked from a software vendor?s perspective, normally spells d-i-s-a-s-t-e-r, as we have to keep the customer every year by offering value or simply perish. But we love the challenge. We have just raised the bar and tightened the rules of the game. Am confident that it would bring the best out of us as we put our neck on guillotine not just once but once every year.
