ManageEngine has been in the PAM industry for 15 years, helping over one million IT administrators and organizations around the globe automate key PAM tasks efficiently. We have been constantly evolving to meet market requirements. In the last 12 months, we have made significant steps towards addressing the PAM needs of modern enterprises.

Here are our updates from the past year:

Privilege elevation and delegation management for Linux
In addition to its extensive privilege elevation and delegation management (PEDM) capabilities for Windows, ManageEngine PAM360 now features advanced PEDM capabilities for all flavors of Linux.Along with application control for Windows, PAM360 now offers SSH Command Control, which allows admins to enforce least privilege access across a wide range of privileged sessions launched from PAM360.

A Zero Trust module
With fine-grained access provisioning controls in place, such as just in time privilege elevation, application and command control, request-release workflows, and comprehensive role-based access controls, PAM360’s new Zero Trust module with real-time trust scoring and policy-based access controls solidifies PAM360’s Zero Trust approach to PAM.

Secret management for Kubernetes environments
PAM360 integrates out of the box with Kubernetes to discover and secure secrets that are distributed across multiple clusters. The integration aids Kubernetes teams in fetching, managing, and periodically rotating secrets obtained from multiple Kubernetes clusters via API responses.

Integrations with AWS Certificate Manager, Azure Key Vault, and Sectigo Certificate Manager
On top of PAM360’s comprehensive certificate life cycle management capabilities, the new integrations with third-party certificate managers expand the collection of certificates that can be managed directly from PAM360.

Other recent enhancements

We have also developed a variety of feature enhancements to strengthen PAM360’s overall PAM offering. Some of these include:

1. Remote Connect (Thick Client) for privileged remote sessions.

2. An HTTPS gateway server, a feature that allows users to launch privileged HTTPS connections to internal and external websites that are not directly accessible from the end-user devices.

3. An integration with Microsoft Sentinel, a cloud-native SIEM solution.

And much more.

We believe these new additions as well as ManageEngine’s growing market presence have helped increase the adoption of ManageEngine’s PAM suite over the past year and have played a significant role in ManageEngine’s recognition as a Challenger in the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Privileged Access Management.
