This year’s HDI conference happened in the fabulous Las Vegas between March 24 and 27ManageEngine was the only diamond sponsor of HDI 2015, which was attended by more than 2,400 professionals and 70 ITSM solution providers. The event provided a platform for the ITSM industry to come together, discuss, and share knowledge. The participants got to hear industry experts discuss strategies to achieve service management excellence. The event had training sessions and product exhibits. And needless to say, booth #202 was buzzing with activity, with visitors queuing up to get a peek at ServiceDesk Plus, the flagship product of ManageEngine. They sure kept us on our heels with their requests for product demos and other product-related queries. 

Our half-way trip across the globe was worth all the effort because we got to meet our customers and hear them talk about our products. And we were more than happy to give all the attendees a free ServiceDesk Plus license that came with full-fledged incident and knowledge management functionality. The event helped us understand the everyday challenges and needs of the ITSM industry. 

Our booth was a major draw also because visitors could have their photos taken and spiced up with interesting backdrops like the lion, the baseball stadium, or the iconic Welcome to fabulous Las Vegas Nevada sign board. We shared the pictures taken on Twitter and Facebook. We also printed out the photos for our customers so that they could take back happy memories.

To sum up, it was truly a fun-filled learning experience. HDI 2015 helped us converse and interact with people beyond our immediate circle and we can’t wait to come back. We’ll let our pictures here do the rest of the talking for us!
