Office 365 is a suite of business applications—including Exchange Online, Skype for Business, SharePoint Online, Outlook, Word, Excel—that increases productivity and reduces costs. Managing the Office 365 setup with the native Office 365 administration tools has a few drawbacks. Using the native tools, routine tasks such as user provisioning, license management, monitoring and auditing an Office 365 environment, and reporting on various Office 365 components would not only be time consuming, but challenging as well.

If managing your Office 365 environment is absorbing all your time and energy, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Can I simultaneously provision bulk users in Active Directory and Office 365 using my Office 365 administration tool?
  • Does my administration tool allow me to create custom role profiles for technicians and delegate a specific activity or set of activities?
  • Can I configure and manage multiple tenants from a single console?
  • Does my tool store audit data indefinitely to help with IT regulatory compliance standards such as SOX, HIPAA, and PCI DSS?
  • Am I able to send customized alerts to administrators when a particular action is performed in my Office 365 setup?

If you answered no to any of these questions, download our e-book on the five critical features you need for effective Office 365 administration and learn how to achieve 360 degrees of administration for your Office 365 setup.
