Seems that rumors of PacketTrap being acquired by Quest is true. Joe from MSPMentor.net has confirmed this (more details here). He has expressed his views more from an MSP angle. But we feel the acquisition is an attempt from Quest to try something outside the Windows systems management domain, which they have been operating for a long time. It will be very interesting to track how they are going to place their next step….
