We would love for our customers to have a smooth registration and payment process while booking seats for our User Conferences.
You can go about the payment process in an ‘error free’ manner.

If you still need help, here’s a step-by-step procedure of the same.

NOTE: If you would like to raise a Purchase Order (P.O.) you can contact us at m-one@manageengine.com. We’ll get in touch with you at the earliest and process the P.O.


If you are a ManageEngine Customer…

Step 1:

If you are a ManageEngine Customer, make sure you fill in the following details in the Registration Form:

  • Contact Info
  • Are you a ManageEngine Customer?
    • Say “Yes” to load further options. 
  • Which Day of the Event you would like to attend?
    • Day 1 Morning to meet ManageEngine Experts
    • Day 1 Afternoon and Day 2 to attend Product Training
    • Both days, All sessions
  • What training would you prefer to attend?
    • Track 1 – ServiceDesk Plus and Desktop Central 
    • Track 2 – OpManager, ADSolutions, Applications Manager and NetFlow Analyzer

After submitting, you’ll be re-directed to the Payment Gateway (Eventbrite).

Proceed to Step 2.





Step 2:

In the Eventbrite site, choose the number of tickets you need to purchase.


Step 3:

Enter your contact details again. Also enter the accurate billing information

If the ticket is purchased by your company / somebody on your behalf, make sure the Ticket Buyer‘s name alone is entered in this section.

You must complete this form within 15 minutes.


Step 4:

Enter the Credit Card details and hit ‘Pay Now’.

So, You’re not a ManageEngine Customer?

If you are not a ManageEngine Customer, just fill up the number of attendees who will be interested in Day 1 Morning Session. You will not be directed to the Payment Gateway. 

If you are not a ManageEngine Customer yet, but would still like to attend the Product Training, please write to us at m-one@manageengine.com.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you make the payment,

1) You would receive an email from EVENTBRITE acknowledging the same. Please carry this ticket to the Conference venue.

2) You will also receive an email from ManageEngine confirming your booking. This email will  contain information about the ManageEngine Complimentary License worth about AUD 1000 that you are eligible for.
