Administrators like CSV files. Auditors like HTML files. Executives like PDFs. We can go on and on. When dealing with Active Directory for generating reports, you often are limited to only one file format—if you can even get a report without taking a screenshot. The real world requires that different file types be generated based on the person using the file contents.
Various file types need to be generated not only when you are manually generating reports, but also when you are scheduling reports to be run. The good news is that there is a solution.
ADManager Plus provides a multitude of file types for report generation, both manually and via scheduled report generation. Figure 1 shows you the file types available for manual generation of a report.

Below, Figure 2 shows you how you select the file type when you schedule a report to be generated.

Now you can easily produce all of the files that you need so that every role can utilize the report contents as they see fit. If you want to see how easy generating these reports is, download ADManager Plus here.
