We are in the midst of a severe cyclone Michaung which is rampaging through Chennai and northern parts of Tamil Nadu, India. Our business continuity plan (BCP) is in place and we don’t expect much disruption to our customer support, but in case of delays, please bear with us given the unpredictability of the cyclone.
All ManageEngine on-demand services are unaffected and have been up and running, primarily because our data centers are housed in multiple locations across the globe.
