Questions are the life line of any support team. The more the questions asked, the better the customer support becomes. Our customer support has become better by your queries. We thank you for it.
In making it even better, we have tried to put a collection of frequently asked questions and answers about Supportcenter Plus. This will actually help people to install the product easily and troubleshoot some basic issues.

@ Marc
Thanks for the reply.I apologize for the inconvenience on the support ids.Adventnet is the parent company and we have two major brands ManageEngine and Zoho. The changes that have been made are because of the branding viewpoint of the company. The company is trying to create a single ManageEngine brand of IT products. We will definitely try to improve the communications from our side. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I personally have found your forums far more useful than the FAQ though two improvements I’ve been wishing for are.
1) From within the SupportCenter forum to be able to search that forum. Currently the search function defaults to the entire forum system and it’s an extra step to select SupportCenter out of the drop-down list.
2) That there be a way to search just the subject lines and/or to put the subject line hits at the top of the result list. Recently I searched for an odd message that showed up in a log file and got many hits where people had copy/pasted bits of their log files to forum messages but none of those were about the message I was interested in. Being able to search just the subject line would have helped me weed out the noise faster.
Sylvian, this post brings up an issue though it’s more about your communications rather than SupportCenter.
1) Quite recently Adventnet changed their e-mails without warning. You used to be @supportcenterplus.com and are now using @manageengine.com. Last night I was digging through the spam/trash and found that a couple of support replies had ended up here as my system did not recognize the manageengine address.
2) You seem to be using the ManageEngine name more though oddly, http://www.AdventNet.com does not mention ManageEngine on the home page. In looking at the news (http://www.adventnet.com/news/index.html) I see that there was a switch from AdventNet to ManageEngine between May and June 2008 though without explanation.
