We had a potential customer who was not sure whether he had configured Applications Manager (AM) properly and whether he was viewing all data. They were viewing only partial WebLogic metrics, i.e availaiblity and response times only, by default. Due to a firewall issue, all data were not being shown.
Sometimes it is not obvious for customers. For this a good option is to compare with the data in our online demo or refer to our help documents. This will give an idea of what attributes are provided and make your evaluation successful for you and for us 🙂
One very important thing to note in AM is that normally you need to do very minimum configuration (just specify basic info like credentials) to get the performance metrics out-of-the-box.
