In 2021, ServiceDesk Plus was certified for eight practices. In 2023, ServiceDesk Plus displayed capabilities across all the modules and got certified for five additional practices, taking the total count up to 13.

SERVIEW GmbH subjected ServiceDesk Plus to an extensive certification process, consisting of a 700-criteria evaluation checklist covering both general issues and core modules, followed by a two-week assessment and a live product demo. ServiceDesk Plus cleared the evaluation, meeting 100% of the evaluation criteria for 13 ITIL 4 practices.
