Microsoft December 2012 Patch Tuesday bulletins are now supported by Desktop Central. The patch assessment team at Desktop Central has tested the patches and have updated their online patch database on December 12, 2012 at 00:30 EST.

MS12-083 – Vulnerability in IP-HTTPS Component Could Allow Security Feature Bypass (2765809)

Update your vulnerability database to install the patches pertaining to the Non Security Updates
